The 2nd Annual BrO-Side Golf Classic hosted by Rhythm Church Men’s Ministry will take place Saturday, June 10, 2023. BrO-Side Classic raises funds to support men fighting addiction through The Rising Tide Ranch Sobriety Center. Thanks to over 100 participants including golfers, sponsors, and friends last year, the BrO-Side Classic raised over $10,000 which sponsored the full recovery of a brother in need of support.     

This year is going to be another exciting and fun event, for men of all ages and skill levels, including some friendly competition, live music, local celebrity guests, hole-in-one contests, and lots of giveaways!

The BrO-Side Golf Classic will again take place at Emerald Isle Golf Course which guarantees a fun and casual round of golf, followed by some amazing food prepared by The Isle Grill.

Emerald Isle Golf Course, located between San Diego and Orange County, is a 2,400 yard, par-56 layout with amazing greens, welcoming to all skill levels, and is FUN and FAST - it's perfect for new golfers, yet will challenge even the most experienced of golfers.

We are excited to be back at Emerald Isle, an Oceanside landmark, for our second annual BrO'side classic to make this event accessible to golfers of different skill levels while repping the O’side spirit!

  • No. If you’ve never played before we suggest getting to the course early to join one of our instructors to help you pick up the game before the shot-gun start.

    

We also will be hosting a few “Evenings at the Range” events as we come up on the event (more hang time 😊)

  • The Scramble Format allows for good golfers and new golfers to all have a fun day together on the course. This format has the entire team driving the ball from the tee box, and then the group takes the best ball out of all four and all hit from that spot, and then repeat again and again until your team gets the ball in the hole. That’s your score!

  • No, however, we recommend age 12 or older.

  • This is a men’s event intended to drive men’s fellowship and hang time as an extension of Rhythm Church’s Men’s Ministry.

  • Yes, all sponsorship is tax-deductible. All net proceeds will go to support Rising Tide Ranch sobriety home in North County San Diego.
