What Is Bless Local?

Join us on Saturday, August 8th from 11 AM - 2 PM for our 7th Annual BLESS LOCAL event!

Bless Local is the largest community-focused outreach event Rhythm Church hosts each year. The event was created to meet the needs of the local community by providing FREE food, haircuts, clothes, gift cards, and backpacks filled with school supplies for kids heading back to school. The event also features live music, art, dance, local vendors, and plenty of giveaways!

Donations can be dropped off during any Thursday or Sunday service, as well as at Rhythm Young Adults (Tuesday nights) or Rhythm Youth (Wednesday Nights) gatherings. See below, for “Most Needed Items”. If you need to coordinate a large donation, schedule a pickup, or arrange a drop-off outside of these times, please contact us at outreach@myrhythmchurch.com

FAQs About Bless Local

Volunteers need to register for the event, but anyone can come and participate on the day of the event. All are welcome! FREE items are on a first come first serve basis.
Every child present at the event will receive free items as supplies last. If you have a child not present and needs supplies, we can provide the adult with one item such as a backpack while supplies last.
Parking is neighborhood street parking. Activities will open at 11 am, but lines start forming earlier.
There will be a lot of activity so strollers are encouraged for little ones. We suggest getting in line for backpacks, haircuts, and clothes first, then head over for all the FREE family activities. We suggest planning on staying at the event from 11-2 pm.
